We originally had the house on the market 2 years ago, which was a time when the economy was not doing very well and house prices were quite low. With Grahams advice we decided to rent out the house (Harveys also looked after everything here for me – really took the hassle out of doing it myself). This ended up being great advice, as we have now sold the house with great ease. When Graham called me to see if I wanted to make the most of the current market and try to sell my house again I thought “why not, let’s give it a go”. To my surprise within the first week of it being back on the market, Graham had managed to find me a buyer. From there, Graham made sure to be in contact regularly, so I was fully informed of what was happening every step of the way. Before my Harveys ‘experience’ any dealings with agents had not been great. Enter Graham Clark… what a breath of fresh air. The marketing job he did on my home was brilliant, photos were amazing, ads were attractive and the inspections just kept coming. . . 4 weeks down the track and 102 people at my auction, a sale over the reserve price . . .
